Working with Amy was a great experience. She held our hands through the whole process, giving tons of information, answering any questions, and going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable about what we were seeing and doing. When we first started the house hunt Amy took time to drive us around potential neighborhoods, exploring different kinds of properties within our price range. Amy was realistic about budgeting, not only for initial costs, but looking into future repairs and needs, and was sensitive about not pushing us beyond our means. 

Once we found our house, Amy went into overdrive to guide us through a bidding frenzy, inspections, unexpected issues with the owners, and a million other things. She pushed for the things we wanted and needed and balanced me and my crazy family as we called an emailed her daily. 

Overall Amy was a pleasure to work with and the reason we are so happily housed. I would (and have already) recommend Amy to anyone looking for a realtor that is personable, knowledgeable, and gets the job done.
